Indonesia is a big international market in the world. Indonesia has many problems in the market level. One of these are illegal drug market. The root of drug abuse in Indonesia is illegal drug market. Drug abuse in Indonesia must be done in many ways.

First, stopping drug abuse starts from the local level. The local government deals with this issue. There is a way of stopping drug abuse from the local level such as socialization. The first institution for socialization is family level. In the family level the parent plays an important role. The social environment have to influence on a child psychology. The second institution is the school level. In  the school level the teachers have important responsibility to students successful.

Second, stopping drug abuse from the national level. The government has an important role. They are the key for making rules and regulations. The regulations are hoped be able to stopping drug abuse. The rules and regulations must be socialized to the society.

In the national level have many regulations. One of these are about ‘black-market’ in the global level. Many cases was showing that maintenance of law are weak.

Drug abuse is a common problem today. The biggest problems are in the local level and national level. One of the problem is the regulation. Some regulations are uncommon for people community with less economic level.
